Functions / Key Results Expected

• Provide critical input and guidance to ensure that customers’ business processes, applications, and solutions are aligned with Corporate Information Security standards when considering key priorities such as business requirements, industry threat landscape, and risk appetite.
• Consult with both technology and business teams to identify priorities and security capability requirements, and incorporate these requirements into the security strategy for both internal and external customers
• Delivers reliable and highly available cyber-security solutions
• Joint sales engagement with the Sales team, presentations, designs and solution architecting.
• Drives prevention and resolution of major incidents with due urgency. Ensures strong problem management and root cause analysis to identify and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers cybersecurity leads and business leaders to develop a clear understanding of customers’ business needs; ensures cost-effective architecting of security solutions to meet those needs; and responds with agility to changing business priorities.
• Maintains currency on new technologies and platforms and provides direction on what emerging technologies should be assimilated, integrated, and introduced to ensure security capabilities respond to customers’ business needs.
• Provide technical consultation and solutions mainly on cyber security projects to customers
• Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
• Provide technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of cyber security and/or network projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers.
• People development and coaching.

Qualifications, Experience

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines with minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
• Must have experience working in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting to a small to medium audiences on both technical and business related topics
• Must have working technical knowledge of security technologies (across multiple domains such as Firewall, Network IPS, SIEM, DLP, Cloud Security etc), information security concepts and familiar with security products (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Splunk, McAfee, Symantec etc) and the security market place.
• Experience in preparing technical architecture blueprint and responding to large scale complex RFP is highly desirable
• Professional security related qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent are highly desirable
• Working knowledge and familiarity with GRC and Offensive Security consulting services (e.g. penetration testing, PCI audit, security assessment) is highly desirable (pre-sales perspective)
• Working knowledge and familiarity with Virtualization and Cloud technology is desirable
• Broad experience and understanding of regulatory framework and guidelines in the region is highly desirable
• Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc is highly desirable
• Broad experience and understanding of security trend, threat landscape and framework such as the cyber kill-chain
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
