Morenike AlderVP Marketing and Communications
Morenike is a seasoned marketer and brand communications professional with a career spanning over 20 years majorly in the IT Industry. Her most recent role before joining Arravo was as Country Marketing Manager at Cisco Nigeria where she managed both direct and channel marketing across English West Africa.
A mass communication graduate of the University of Lagos, she started her brand and communications career in the corporate affairs department of Cadbury Nigeria PLC as a national youth corper. She veered into the IT industry in October 2000 when she took up the role of corporate affairs manager, later becoming Group Head, Brand and Communications at Computer Warehouse Group (CWG Plc) where she built one of the leading ICT brands in the region. While at CWG, she won OEM awards for best marketing partner in the region including Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
She went on to repeat similar feats at Suburban West Africa and West Africa’s leading telecom services company, MainOne Cable ltd.
Over the years, Morenike has attended several professional trainings and certifications locally and internationally including the prestigious Lagos Business School, Phillips Consulting and the Cisco Digital Marketing Specialist certification.
She is well reputed for her professionalism, passion, pursuit of excellence and her strategic imperative is to build the strongest IT brand in Africa and she is well able to achieve following the precedents she has set.
