The Challenge Nigeria faces a serious challenge in digital employability. While thousands of young people graduate from higher institutions every year, many lack the practical skills required by today’s employers in areas like cybersecurity, software development, data analytics, and cloud computing. The Approach Arravo Academy designed an immersive, project-based training program focused on real-world application, mentorship, and job readiness.
